Comp-Office S.C. nie powołała Inspektora Ochrony Danych (IOD), gdyż nie jest do tego zobowiązana na podstawie art. 37 RODO.

Cele i podstawy prawne przetwarzania

Twoje dane osobowe są przetwarzane w następujących celach:

• Obsługa zapytania ofertowego (RFQ) — podjęcie działań na Twoje żądanie przed zawarciem umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
• Realizacja zamówień i umów sprzedaży — wykonanie umowy, której jesteś stroną (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
• Wypełnienie obowiązków rachunkowych i podatkowych — obowiązek prawny administratora wynikający z przepisów o rachunkowości i prawa podatkowego (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO).
• Ustalenie, dochodzenie lub obrona przed roszczeniami — prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

Odbiorcy danych

Twoje dane mogą być przekazywane następującym kategoriom odbiorców:

• dostawcy usług hostingowych i infrastruktury IT (na podstawie umów powierzenia przetwarzania danych),
• dostawcy usług pocztowych i kurierskich (w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji dostawy),
• biuro rachunkowe / doradca podatkowy (w zakresie obowiązków finansowych),
• organy publiczne — wyłącznie na podstawie wyraźnego przepisu prawa.

Dane nie są sprzedawane ani udostępniane podmiotom trzecim w celach marketingowych.

Przekazywanie danych poza EOG

Co do zasady Twoje dane nie są przekazywane do państw trzecich poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy (EOG). Dane przetwarzane są na serwerach zlokalizowanych w EOG.

Wyjątek stanowi wczytywanie krojów pisma z usługi Google Fonts (serwery Google mogą znajdować się poza EOG). Więcej informacji w Polityce Cookies.

Okres przechowywania danych

• Zapytania bez zawartej umowy: do 12 miesięcy od daty przesłania, następnie usuwane.
• Dane z realizowanych zamówień / umów: przez okres trwania umowy i 5 lat od zakończenia roku obrotowego, w którym transakcja miała miejsce (wymogi podatkowe i rachunkowe).
• Dane do celów dochodzenia roszczeń: do upływu terminu przedawnienia roszczeń wynikających z zawartej umowy.

Twoje prawa

Na podstawie RODO przysługują Ci następujące prawa:

Aby skorzystać z powyższych praw, skontaktuj się z nami: biuro@comp-office.pl. Odpowiemy bez zbędnej zwłoki, nie później niż w ciągu 1 miesiąca od otrzymania żądania (z możliwością przedłużenia o kolejne 2 miesiące w sprawach złożonych).

Prawo do wniesienia skargi

Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w przypadku uznania, że przetwarzanie Twoich danych narusza przepisy RODO.

Organem nadzorczym w Polsce jest:

Obywatele UE mogą również zwrócić się do organu nadzorczego właściwego dla kraju swojego zamieszkania.

Dobrowolność podania danych

Podanie danych osobowych w formularzu RFQ jest dobrowolne, jednak niezbędne do udzielenia odpowiedzi na zapytanie ofertowe i ewentualnej realizacji zamówienia. Odmowa podania danych oznaczonych jako wymagane uniemożliwia przetworzenie zapytania.

Podanie numeru telefonu jest całkowicie opcjonalne i nie wpływa na obsługę zapytania.

Zautomatyzowane podejmowanie decyzji

Twoje dane nie są wykorzystywane do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji, w tym profilowania, w rozumieniu art. 22 RODO.

• Processing your RFQ enquiry — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Order fulfilment and contract performance — performance of a contract to which you are party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation of the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data Recipients

• Hosting and IT infrastructure providers (under data processing agreements),
• postal and courier service providers (for delivery purposes),
• accountant / tax adviser (for financial obligations),
• public authorities — only as required by law.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Country Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Data is processed on servers located within the EEA.

The exception is loading typefaces from Google Fonts (Google's servers may be located outside the EEA). See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention Period

• Enquiries without a contract: up to 12 months from submission, then deleted.
• Data from orders / contracts: for the term of the contract and 5 years from the end of the financial year (tax and accounting requirements).
• Data for legal claims: until the statute of limitations expires.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR.

Voluntary Provision of Data

Providing personal data in the RFQ form is voluntary but necessary to respond to your enquiry and process any resulting order. Failure to provide required fields will prevent processing of the request. A telephone number is entirely optional.

Automated Decision-Making

Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Datenempfänger

• Hosting- und IT-Infrastrukturanbieter (auf Basis von Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen),
• Post- und Kurierdienste (für Lieferzwecke),
• Steuerberater / Buchhalter (für finanzielle Pflichten),
• Behörden — nur auf gesetzlicher Grundlage.

Daten werden nicht verkauft oder zu Marketingzwecken weitergegeben.

Drittlandübermittlung

Ihre Daten werden nicht in Drittländer außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums (EWR) übermittelt. Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Servern innerhalb des EWR.

Ausnahme: das Laden von Schriftarten über Google Fonts. Weitere Informationen in der Cookie-Richtlinie.

Speicherdauer

• Anfragen ohne Vertragsabschluss: bis zu 12 Monate nach Einreichung, danach Löschung.
• Daten aus Aufträgen / Verträgen: Vertragslaufzeit und 5 Jahre ab Ende des Geschäftsjahres (steuerliche und buchhalterische Anforderungen).
• Daten für Rechtsansprüche: bis zum Ablauf der Verjährungsfrist.

Zur Ausübung Ihrer Rechte: biuro@comp-office.pl. Antwort innerhalb von 1 Monat (bei komplexen Fällen verlängerbar um weitere 2 Monate).

Beschwerderecht

Sie haben das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde einzureichen, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten gegen die DSGVO verstößt.

Die polnische Aufsichtsbehörde:

Freiwilligkeit der Angaben

Die Angabe personenbezogener Daten im RFQ-Formular ist freiwillig, aber für die Bearbeitung der Anfrage erforderlich. Pflichtfelder müssen ausgefüllt werden; die Telefonnummer ist vollständig optional.

Automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung

Ihre Daten werden nicht für automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung, einschließlich Profiling, im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO verwendet.

Finalità e basi giuridiche

• Gestione della richiesta RFQ — misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Esecuzione degli ordini e dei contratti — esecuzione di un contratto di cui sei parte (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Obblighi contabili e fiscali — obbligo legale del titolare (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Accertamento, esercizio o difesa di diritti in sede giudiziaria — legittimo interesse del titolare (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Destinatari dei dati

• Fornitori di hosting e infrastrutture IT (sulla base di accordi di trattamento),
• fornitori di servizi postali e di corriere (per la consegna),
• commercialista / consulente fiscale (per gli obblighi finanziari),
• autorità pubbliche — solo su base legale.

I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a terzi per scopi di marketing.

Trasferimenti verso paesi terzi

I tuoi dati non vengono trasferiti in paesi terzi al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE). I dati sono trattati su server situati nel SEE.

Eccezione: il caricamento di caratteri da Google Fonts. Per maggiori dettagli, consulta la Politica sui Cookie.

Periodo di conservazione

• Richieste senza contratto: fino a 12 mesi dall'invio, poi cancellati.
• Dati da ordini / contratti: per la durata del contratto e 5 anni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio (obblighi fiscali e contabili).
• Dati per azioni legali: fino alla prescrizione.

Diritto di reclamo

Hai il diritto di presentare un reclamo a un'autorità di controllo se ritieni che il trattamento dei tuoi dati violi il GDPR.

Facoltatività del conferimento

Il conferimento dei dati nel modulo RFQ è facoltativo ma necessario per rispondere alla richiesta. L'omissione dei campi obbligatori impedisce l'elaborazione. Il numero di telefono è completamente facoltativo.

Decisioni automatizzate

I tuoi dati non vengono utilizzati per decisioni automatizzate, inclusa la profilazione, ai sensi dell'Art. 22 GDPR.

Les données ne sont pas vendues ni partagées à des fins de marketing.

Transferts hors EEE

Vos données ne sont pas transférées dans des pays tiers hors de l'Espace économique européen (EEE). Les données sont traitées sur des serveurs situés dans l'EEE.

Exception : le chargement de polices via Google Fonts. Voir la Politique relative aux cookies.

Durée de conservation

• Demandes sans contrat : jusqu'à 12 mois après soumission, puis suppression.
• Données issues de commandes / contrats : durée du contrat et 5 ans à compter de la clôture de l'exercice (obligations fiscales et comptables).
• Données pour défense juridique : jusqu'à la prescription.
